We are seeking trainees to work as Field Service Technicians. Specialized training will be provided, you will work one on one with a Sr. Technician until you have demonstrated the ability to complete your own Service Calls. At which point performance review will be conducted as you will be eligible for a significant raise.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Provide information about the products and services

• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

• Document and update customer records based on interactions

• Order and install parts needed to repair machines

• Manage inventory on service truck

• Troubleshoot various electrical and mechanical systems

• Create invoices and take payments

• Other duties
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with trades work or customer service

• Good mind for troubleshooting, ability to be taught to understand complex electrical and mechanical systems

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical, ability to read a schematic.

• G3 or G2 gas fitting license is a strong asset.

Starting Salary:
JR Technician: $19-$22 per hour
SR Technician: $25-$40 per hour
