Terms of Service.

  • Parts and labour will be guaranteed for 90 days starting from initial service date. (Date that a technician first came to the job site) or the remainder of a pre-existing warranty. 90 day labour guarantee is for the same problem only, not the whole appliance. Separate, not directly related issues on the product are not covered by the labour guarantee.


  • Being within the warranty period does not guarantee you will not be charged for the service. At our technicians discretion we must determine if there is a “factory defect” that can be billed to the warranter as per the terms of the warranty. If we cannot bill the warranter we will be bill the owner of product. Misuse of product, service calls for products that are functioning as designed but not meeting customers expectations or other issues not covered by warranty will be billed directly to the owner of the product.

  • Deviation from supplied installation instructions, irregular installation methods, lack of service clearance or any other reason that inhibits serviceability may incur charges not covered by warranty. Please refer to the warranty section in your user manual to learn more about other exclusions that may apply (if needed we can help you locate warranty info online).


  • Most user manuals or owners guides contain a warranty section describing what is and isn’t covered, each manufacturer and 3rd party extended warranty company will have different terms as for what is and isn’t covered for a specific product. To prevent any unexpected charges we recommend reading the terms of your warranty ahead of time. If you need help locating your warranty information you can contact us.


  • You agree there will be someone available on site for the appointment from 8am-4pm, or can be on site within 15 minutes of our technician calling. If our technician arrives to a confirmed appointment and is unable to gain access you will be charged for the service call at a discounted rate of no less than $50.

  • We do not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages that occur to the product or property from the appliance or work after our technician(s) have left the job site, the end user is responsible for monitoring the products continued safe operation. If a serious problem is discovered the end user must turn off utilities until problem is resolved by a qualified professional.
